Appointment-Only Policy (No Walk-Ins)
To ensure every client receives our full attention, we operate on an appointment-only basis.

Last-Minute Bookings: Please check our online calendar for last-minute availability. It is updated in real-time; if a slot is visible, it is available for instant booking.

Hidden Availability: If the calendar appears full, feel free to call us to double-check. We can occasionally accommodate requests due to recent cancellations that haven't refreshed online yet.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any standard rescheduling or cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting.

Emergency Rescheduling: We understand that life can be unpredictable. In the event of a medical emergency or family devastation (affecting you or a loved one), we allow for an emergency reschedule.

The Deposit: In these cases, your deposit will be retained to secure the new date.

Limit: This emergency courtesy can only be used once per calendar year. Please ensure you are fully ready to attend before rebooking.

Lateness & Grace Period
Charisma Full Circle Massage stays very busy, and we must remain on schedule for all guests.

Communication is Mandatory: If you are running late, you must contact us immediately.

15-Minute Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period. However, if you arrive late, we cannot guarantee you will receive your full treatment time.

No-Call, No-Show: If you do not arrive and fail to communicate, your appointment will be cancelled. In this instance, full payment will be extracted to compensate the therapist and the business.
